Janice has two cute kids, Tim who will turn two next month and Alice, a seven-month old baby. Childhood obesity has been one of the biggest controversial issues that nations have to deal with. It is bad when we have adults that are obese, but when we have kids that are obese it creates a major problem for our society. Something is not right, there is no reason why children should be overweight, we should be guiding our children in the right direction but it is obvious that this is not something that most parents are doing. The obesity definition would be considered a disorder in which the body fat content has become so high that it will start to create health problems or increase the chances of serious health problems. In the United Stated the percentage of obese children has more than doubled over the last few decades. But this is very similar in other countries as well, countries such and China and England have seen child obesity increase to 20%, this is why this is now a global challenge that must be fixed before it only gets worse for many generations to come.
